Introduction & Importance

OEE, or Overall Equipment Effectiveness, is a powerful metric used to measure the productivity of a manufacturing process. It takes into account three key factors: Availability, Performance, and Quality. Understanding and optimizing OEE is crucial for maximizing productivity, minimizing waste, and improving overall efficiency.
